Sustainable innovation is the key to the development of steel structure manufacturing enterprises

With the acceleration of the urban-rural integration process in China, the construction of high-rise buildings, super high-rise buildings, and large-span buildings has entered a peak period. Almost all of these major construction projects use steel structures. The economic development has promoted the rapid development of steel structure construction in China, and also provided a broad stage for steel structure manufacturing enterprises. Steel structure manufacturing enterprises have gone through the initial period of entrepreneurship and struggle, and are gradually moving towards branded operations. Enterprises can only carry out their business as long as they continue to innovate.

To comprehensively promote innovation in steel structure manufacturing enterprises, four aspects need to be supported:

【1】 Management innovation under the conditions of the information society. Under the conditions of the information society, today's management has entered information management, humanized management, knowledge management, and civilized management. It is no longer the past action management and behavior management, but a brand new knowledge management.

【2】 The arrangement of new industrialization is innovative. In the context of information society, large and small enterprises need to closely collaborate to make our products more specialized. We need to arrange innovation, conduct professional production, and carry out professional construction and alliance innovation in cooperation.

【3】 Innovative shopping mall concepts under the conditions of economic globalization. With China's accession to the WTO, China's economy is in line with international standards. Enterprises need to have a concept of globalization and understand the principles of internationalization;

【4】 Enterprise operation of shopping malls requires humanization, and the shopping mall economy needs to be humanized. The internationally promoted SA8000 social responsibility system endows shopping malls with a human role and humanization. Enterprises should have a concept of innovation, as long as innovation is necessary, the enterprise can carry out; To endow shopping malls with a humanized concept. Only in this way can we have the concept of competition and cooperation in shopping malls. Cooperation is the highest level of competition in today's shopping malls. Now, we need to emphasize the partnership, cooperation philosophy, and alliance relationship in the mall.

【5】 Technological innovation in continuous development. The continuous development revolves around resources, energy, and environment.

Innovation is the ultimate principle in the development process of steel structure manufacturing enterprises. Marketing needs to be innovative, brand needs to be innovative, technology needs to be innovative, promotion needs to be innovative, handling needs to be innovative, and every link needs to be innovative. We need to establish our own independent innovation system, guide innovation, encourage innovation, reduce enterprise operating costs from multiple perspectives, and comprehensively improve enterprise competitiveness.
